Blend of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeasts in cream.
Atecrem BJ is the result of the fusion of Atecrem LN3 and Green Mountain, created and produced by Bioenologia 2.0 to offer a distinctive, modern, and exclusive fermentation profile.
This synergy between two complementary strains has been carefully studied to combine fermentative precision, aromatic balance, and high hop expressivity in a single yeast with a defined identity. 
From LN3, it gets its fresh and clean citrus notes, along with controlled and regular fermentation. 
From Green Mountain, it acquires an elegant fruity note, characterized by a slight and unmistakable hint of peach: a signature that enriches the profile without creating excessive fruitiness.
The result is a structured and balanced blend able to amplify the aromatic component of the hops without compromising olfactory cleanliness, definition, and drinkability.
