Applications
After 48/72 hours, it is advisable to proceed with sequential inoculation with another Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast to allow a correct fermentation process.
Recommended dosage: 30 g/hl.

- Does not produce histamine
- Vitisin A producer: increased colour extraction and stabilisation of anthocyanins
