Yeasts starter general protocol for partially fermented musts and wines/specific for ATECREM 12 H
ATECREM yeasts do not need to be rehydrated.
Prepare a pied de cuve as in the example below for 5000 litres of must/wine:
- 250 liters of must at 25° C
- 1,5 kg ATECREM 12H
- 1,5 kg Lysopol or Biostimol Liquid
- 1,5 Kg Probios Strong
Keep stirring with agitator or pump for six to ten hours (overnight or from morning to evening).
Add to the mass by pumping over or keep an agitator running for a few hours.
Warning
It is recommended to respect the indications given, as the result is closely linked to the preparation of pied de cuve.
