Antioxidant tannin that can reduce the use of sulfur dioxide by 50 to 100%. 
A totally natural compound, it contains neither ascorbic acid nor glutathione. 
Its characteristics help to have a long-lasting effect and increase the longevity of wines. 
Eximia has a preventive effect against “light taste.”
