The Atecnos revolution: cream yeasts for controlled and high-precision fermentations
Bioenologia 2.0 cream yeasts, Saccharomyces and non-Saccharomyces, are selected for ensuring controlled, high precision fermentations. Using exclusively natural components and making use of the dictates and laws of Science, we have analyzed and retraced the biological processes, managing to reproduce cream yeasts, creating tested products capable of improving and making wines more genuine and long-lasting.
