Muscat and Autochthons: love at first sight.

Moscato

A perfectly successful marriage between the wines of the Consorzio di Tutela dei Colli Euganei and the yeasts of Bienologia 2.0.

We are talking about various types of Moscato, but not only, produced with the “natives,” that is, with yeasts selected on site during the 2015 harvest.

The experiment (or to remain in metaphor) the engagement, led in a short time to the altar because the other day the tasting of six wines not yet bottled and two in the bottle left no doubt about the goodness and quality of the product.

Consortium president Emanuele Calaon, director Andrea Gianesini and winemaker Daniele Stenico toasted the success of the experiment with great satisfaction. In fact, this is the first time that Colli wines are produced using yeasts “from the Hills.” An added value especially for Moscati wines that seem to have fallen hopelessly in love with Atecnos.
